Criminal justice is a junk degree. You seriously don?t need it to get a job as a legal secretary, legal assistant or paralegal. You don?t need it to go to law school.
If you?re getting a degree, get a degree in something that will get you a job. Engineering, a science, accounting ? something REAL.
Law school is a losing proposition. It?s enormously expensive and there are no jobs ? even for grads of the top 10 schools. Do some research. Google law school and new york times. They did an article back in January about the situation. They name some blogs written by law school grads ? very, very unhappy law school grads.
Moreover, all you need for law school is a degree from an accredited college ? any degree. There are so many toilet-tier (look it up) law schools that getting in is usually not a problem even if you are a mass murderer. What you need to know is whether you can be admitted to the bar. Google your state and bsr admission. As bad an idea as law school is for most people, it?s insane for you unless you know you can be admitted.
However, if you have a brain in your head, you?ll avoid law. There?s very little future in it.
