Buyer confirms the receipt of 3 domains and releases the escrow in full. Once seller confirms that the funds are released in full then seller sends all information about website and buyer gets access to all files, hosting account, all content, usernames and passwords. Transaction is complete. Full support is given for 45 days after the sale.
I will personally handle all transfer procedures for getting the new server, transferring files to new server, and preparing the site for its new owner. I will also write very-well documented guide about operation of the site, the administration panel, files, folders, etc.
