The UNF Nonprofit Management Conference will welcome Linda Davis O'Connell as a featured presenter on September 21st. ?Linda is the founder of Learnologie, and will help nonprofit executives explore current leadership challenges and how to manage them. Among many talents, Linda helps organization leadership concentrate on the issues that matter most instead of getting caught up in conflicts and wasteful politics. It is the mission that matters!
?Audiences and workshop participants love her. A frequent presenter at professional association meetings, her speaking and facilitation style mixes wit, intelligence and innovative content along with the energy of an evangelist and a good dose of southern charm. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals realize their greatness and is known for her groundbreaking and acutely relevant program designs that address the unprecedented challenges of the 21st century workplace. She has a BS in Business Administration from Florida State University and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of North Florida. She received her coach training from Coach U and a Certified Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International.
